While driving into Oakland today, I spotted this...um....this thing on the back of a school van. Seriously, does anyone know what that is? It looks like a water heater dressed up like a clown, a very creepy clown, with feet and balloons. Since I can't read Hebrew I have no idea what message this terrifying tank is trying to convey. If I were a school age child, there is just no way I'd get in that van.
If you were a school age child, you probably wouldn't even notice it. It kind of looks like a sideways digital camera to me - which is really no less creepy.
